There are a lot of ads on google advertisinf online jobs offering great money for e-mal processing, typing or taking surveys from home for a very good fee, but you have to pay to be a member. I have my doubts about this but I would like to make sure since it sounds like a wonderful oppurtunity.

I am looking to go back to school for a BS and I would like to receive my degree from a school that doesn’t advertise during daytime TV. Does anyone know of any “real” colleges that offer distance learning or something like that? I would just go to my local university (UNLV), but I don’t have the time, so online education is my best option. Also “Real” colleges seem to be cheaper, as opposed to “for profit” schools like University of Phoenix and so on. I understand that some online universities are accredited regionally, but I still would prefer a University of (Name of state or city) Any Ideas? And any info on any credit per test like CLEP would be apprecated. Thanks!!!!

a; congrats on the idea to become a RE agent
b; do not under any circumstances, continue on with the idea
of taking the pre-licensing course on the internet.
here’s why:
[for renewal courses, that is a different story and is fine]
[and i am a teacher, so I speak from 3x experience]
RE is a wild, almost wonderful world that is confusing,
complicated, that CHANGES and that requires at times
detail memory. [feet to an acre, length of time between renewals]
time to deliver earnest money checks, etc.
the #1 thing to know is FIDUCIARY; whom you represent.
AND, what CREATES fiduciary
–what actions are legal and what are not, at the state and
federal level.
IN 100 years, I could not have passed my test had I not
participated in classes AS A STUDENT with an expert
instructor. I wanted clarification, conditions and why’s.
you can’t get that with on -line data.
and, depending on which testing system your state
uses, they often toss is DUMB questions to trick you.
[and something i am fighting in court, they ask
extra, test-test questions; that is immoral and unethical to me!
