Your PC is infected with adware. Scan your PC with these to remove it. Both are free and safe to use.
Spybot – Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven’t intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been “hijacked” (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don’t see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.http://www.spybot.info/
SUPERAntiSpyware is the most thorough scanner on the market. Our Multi-Dimensional Scanning and Process Interrogation Technology will detect spyware that other products miss! since i installed it i don’t get
pop ups

AVG Anti-Spyware from http://free.grisoft.com. It’s free and pretty good at resolving these kinds of problems. Make sure you keep it up-to-date with the latest updates though.
Also, try using Mozilla Firefox from http://www.getfirefox.com. It’s far more secure than Internet Explorer.

All the suggestions so far about spyware removal software are good. I would heed that advice so far.
Other spyware removal programs you might try are:
lavasoft’s free Ad-aware.. http://www.lavasoft.com/ is very good.
Also.. try googling ’spyware doctor’ this critter isn’t free but it catches a lot of nasties that the free ones miss.
Someone said about ‘ccleaner’ this cleans up alot of clutter from your computer including cookies (cookies are necessary but they can be swept away at the end of a working day. Don’t worry they will come back when you need them again!). So it is a good idea to run ‘ccleaner’ at least once a week.
Also, what Internet provider are you using? Some give you a free ‘pop-up’ blocker on you internet explorer, while others don’t. If you don’t have one running then it is worth-while to install one. I use the google toolbar which comes with one — but I’m sure there are other very good ones out there. But google toolbar works nicely and has clever ways to ensure it doesn’t get switched off when you didn’t want it to be.
Spyware blaster is good for stopping the nasties from getting onto your computer in the first place.
General advice: download 1 or 2 (or more) of the spyware removal programs which have been recommended. Install them all and run them at least once a week. Make sure you keep them updated (this is easy — normally just click one button). Install ‘ccleaner’ (or a similar kind of ‘house cleaning’ software) and run at least once a week — but preferably once a day. Run ccleaner before you run the spyware program (this way the spyware program will run faster cause it will have less to do).
And don’t forget to install a pop-up blocker for your Internet browser if you don’t already have one, e.g. google toolbar.
I hope this helps.

It sounds like tou may have a BHO (Browser Help Object) attached to your browser. Download HijackThis and run a scan. Put a check mark next to any suspicious entries and click Fix Checked Items.

For a start the person that said spyware blaster may fix this is misguided, this can help malaware installing on your computer, but it won’t get rid of anything that’s already installed.
I recommend Spyware terminator http://www.spywareterminator.com/...
AVG anti – spyware free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/avg-anti-spy…
Asquared free http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free…
Spybot search and destroyhttp://www.safer-networking.org/…
Remember to update each of the programs before using them.
For the best results scan in safe mode with system restore turned off. Remember to reboot after addressing the errors found by each program. Remember to turn on system restore.
If you continue to have trouble try Hijackthis please see herehttp://www.tomcoyote.org/hijackthis…

Activate your Pop-up blocker> Internet Explorer – Tools – Pop-up blocker – turn on Pop-up Blocker.
Download ccleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com which should clear out all the links to your pop-ups
