Are There Any Discounts, Deals Or Programs For California K-12 Educators That Help Us Getting Our First Home?

I’m looking to buy a single family home in Northern California and am a K-12 educator. Does anyone have any recommendations for programs that assist or provide deals for those working in schools to buy their first home? I’ve found CalHFA. Any information will be helpful. Thanks!

HUD used to have a program called teacher next door…the only problem is the homes have to be in specific areas. I have not looked lately but they used to pay for half the cost of the home. Good luck!!!!!
