The first one wants all your personal details for identity fraud and the lottery will probably ask for a payment to process your winnings which as a cheque will give bank account details or they will ask for personal details to “verify your identity” before paying over your “winnings”.
Both Scams so delete and forget.

They are trying to trick you and take your money.
You are receiving Spam.
Just delete it.
You could install a spam filter on your email to remove this stuff.

they collect ur contact details to sell to spammers. u will soon find ur email, postal mails and sms flooded
