I am looking to set up a writer’s blog. Are there any websites that offer courses online for blogging?

Just open an account at blogger and click on “create post”. Its easy to figure everything out once you have an account. it doesnt really require a course or tutorial, its really easy stuff. Just give it a try. Take a look at the blog below, you can set it up like that, just by choosing a template and creating posts send me a message if you need help with anything specific, but I dont have a full guide or anything. http://www.richardsguide.blogspot.com
Are you looking for a money making blog or one purely for personal use?
Just blogging for personal use it pretty easy. Go to a site like blogger.com or wordpress.com and setup a free, simple blog. It will walk you through the steps necessary to setup the account and how to make posts. All the hard work is done by the software as far as keeping track of entries, comments, etc.
If you are looking to make money from your blog, you can still start with one of the free blogs as I mentioned before, but there are some other considerations and extra steps you need to take as well.
