ive been desperately looking and i cant find ANY good paying site that would be legit and not include so many stupid offers.

I assume what you’re referring to as offer is the “get free pizza/gas/handbag” type offers? A lot of offers sites are incorrectly advertised as paid surveys. However, if you find REAL paid survey sites, they’re opinion surveys, not offers. You could also do paid to post. Message me if you’d like some links.
I cannot believe all these links in the above responses. Believe me, they are all scams and make you lose your shirt.
