Most do. Department stores like Hechts and Belks do. Bed Bath and Beyond does and so does Target.
Some stores offer discounts on any items left on the registry and some only offer large discounts if you finish off your registry. Of course you can just go online and edit your registry–taking off any items you don’t plan on purchasing.

I don’t know what state you are in but we registered with Bed Bath and Beyond and they sent us a coupon taking off 15% all purchase made on our registry 2 months after our wedding date. But call different stores and find out what they offer.
I hear Williams Sonoma will send you a 10% off coupon after the wedding for those items you didn’t get.
Bed Bath and Beyond will send you a coupon….they are the only ones I know of.
Almost all of them have a dollar based discount like spend $100 get $10 off or something.
Bed Bath and Beyond have a GREAT bridal dept.. You can use up to 5 coupons during one transaction and get an additional 10% off your entire purchase. As well as have your registry up for one year after you get married and are able to return anything within that year.. Even if it’s open… They also match price and they have someone help you when you register so they can answer questions and scan merchandise… I did NOT like Target at all ! I work at KOHL’s and they have fantastic sales and great money saving coupons.. If you get a charge card !
Kohls gave a percentage discount for anything in the store after the wedding. It was very helpful for those things we didn’t get and when the dust cleared we figured out we needed
