If You Get Fired Because U Were Accused Of Giving Discounts To Customers Will It Show Up On Background Checks?

I was fired from a retail store because I manually gave customers percentages of for items that did not ring up the sales priced. I want to know will that hurt my chances of getting another job.

It will not show up on background checks unless criminal charges were filed against you.

NO. Unless you put that employer down as a reference.
There is no criminal record to reveal this, and future employers don’t usually expend the resources to track down employers you don’t disclose to them.
Hopefully, you didn’t work there that long and you won’t have a large unexplainable gap. That may make an employer nervous.
Keep in mind, that you will have to cover stories of that gap and “have you ever been fired.”
Your options are to be honest (which has it’s risks in your case), omit truths if they don’t ask (which is not likely) or be dishonest with your future employer. The last option has risks if your lie are discovered. If they are not discovered, then you will have to learn to live with the fact that you compromised values/integrity to get the job.
At the end of the day…you gotta put money in the bank and food on the table. Learn from your past mistake and choose the best option to survive this problem…then NEVER repeat it!
Good luck to you.

Probably not, since there were no criminal charges. You’re fortunate, because that’s embezzlement.

No. Background checks are for things like felonies, not employment history.
If you don’t put that company down as a reference, your new employer won’t have a clue that you worked at that place.

nope
