Next Directory Customers?
ok so ive just got my statement and i have been charged for delivery on an items i ordered 19th to 21st november……. i know 100% that one of these i had a voucher code for free delivery…but ive deleted the email! ! they wont do anything unless i give them the code. anyone still got the email with the code relevant to those dates?

Unfortunately that code is just issued to you personally. I suggest you drop them an email and explain what has happened [grovel grovel] and they will probably send you a new one. They wouldn’t send you a duplicate for obvious reasons.
