Do You Get Discounts On Clothes When You Work At Hollister/abercrombie?
I was in Hollister today, and it’s not suprising, but they’re all dressed in all Hollister. I was just curious if they get a discount on clothing.

sorry to burst your bubble zeeb, but you are getting jipped. because at all Abercrombie & Fitch stores (including Ruehl, abercrombie, and Hollister) you’re supposed to get 50% on your AAA discounts. and Hollister just get’s a regular 20% discount and Abercrombie & Fitch gets 30% off, but can not use the discounts on clearance. WHACK!
employees are asked to represent the “style” of the store with their clothing choices.
the discounts encourage employees to dress in the store’s clothing.
it’s easier than worrying about competitor labels on shirts, pants, etc. for the employees
hollister employees get 20% off regular priced clothing and get 40% off during AAA times.
abercrombie employeees get 30% off regular priced clothing and get 50% off during AAA times.
AAA is something that happenes about 5 or 6 times a year, when we get new clothes in. pretty much everything is AAA for about 2 weeks to get employees to buy new stuff.
