Does Anyone Know If Employees Of Bank Of America Get Discounts?
I know that employees of Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo get discounts on Movie tickets and stuff, but I’m not sure if Bank of America gets discount. I just got hired, but I don’t want to ask about it because it might look like I wanted to work there for discounts.

There is a program called the Associate Discount Program and it is easily accessible from the intranet at your banking center. You can also access it from home: http://www.bofa.com/associates but you will have to register after you get your person number and I believe that takes about 2 weeks.
if you work there, then go to their intranet and obtain the answer to this question yourself. BAC is very good to their employees and if there was a discount program or employee benefits, you should have been told when you were hired
Maybe you should try out their web site. They may list employee benefits.
In the banking industry, however, there is strict regulation on the types of benefits employees can have. Some may be perceived as bribes or kickbacks or something similar, and the internal controls in the banking industry will be restrictive as a result.
